It is not where you are, but where you are going that is
most important. I have dealt with this thought and challenge before. I know as
a reader you have the same challenges as me with large dreams and becoming
frustrated about where you are in the process. The path is dusty and hard to
see, that is why it is important to create a new one that tests your
limitations. “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead
where there is no path and leave a trail.” Ralph
Waldo Emerson. It might cross your mind, “how can someone in my position get to
where I want to go.” That is just it. It is okay to have that thought cross
your mind, it is natural, but to give into that thought will ensure you never
arrive there. I know this is not the first time this thought has crossed your
mind. It is in this time of adversity that defines who you are that clarifies
your commitment to your dreams that challenges your courage. That said, you
must understand that if you’re taking the road less traveled each new obstacle
is greater than the last. Each time the adversity is challenged and defeated
your tenacity and faith is strengthened. If you want to achieve and sustain your dream,
then your faith and tenacity must be maximized. Adversity is your best friend.
